We had booked a room overlooking the garden but the check-in lady suggested it might be a long walk and not as quiet as we wished so she offered an upgraded room closer for free.

Location and the friendly staff. The band that was playing that Saturday ( Culture Shock) is so good. We enjoyed dancing that night

We stayed in their one king bed room on the 3rd floor. The customer service was great! The front desk staff was always cheerful and helpful. We didn't interact with any other employees while we were there.

Was in town to go to a family gathering. I have stayed at this hotel several times. Always very nice, clean and good service. Bonus is the price. Room Service, food was very good and not that pricey.
